Jovan Jevtic

Jovan Jevtic

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Jevtic has over 20 years of experience as a member and leader of high-technology R&D teams in semiconductor processing equipment (Tokyo Electron: 1999-2000), magnetic-resonance imaging (Medical Advances: 2000-2004, Invivo: 2004-2006), plasma generator (Radom, 2015-present) industries and in academia (MSOE University: 2006-2014). Mr. Jevtic co-founded and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Radom Corporation which develops and markets microwave plasma technology, he co-invented. Dr. Jevtic works closely with scientific luminaries, customer’s engineering development teams, and Radom’s intellectual property attorneys to advance Radom’s technology recognition, development, and protection. He was the Principal Investigator on a National Science Foundation Small-Business-Innovation-Research grant and has received recognition from the James Clark Maxwell Foundation as the first person to solve all 10 of Maxwell’s Smith’s Prize problems that have remained unsolved since the 19th century. Dr. Jevtic holds Ph.D. (1999) and M.S. (1994) degrees in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University, has co-authored over 50 publications, including 15 issued patents, and is a recipient of the 2016 Business Research Entrepreneurship in Wisconsin Award.

Ashok Menon

Ashok Menon

Board Member and CEO

Ashok Menon has a proven track record of management and leadership in Medical Devices (1998 – 2016), Plasma industries (2016 – Present), and a variety of IOT, and communications industries for which he has served as advisor and consultant. He has served in positions specializing in operations, organization Excellence, and E2E product management with both domestic and international product development. He co-founded and serves as the CEO of Radom Instruments which develops and markets instrumentation for the atomic spectroscopy market. While at Radom, Ashok Menon has brought worldwide recognition to Radom’s technology with market introductions of innovative product and technology solutions. He has developed and negotiated key OEM business relationships while developing end user groups to advance the Radom’s mission. Ashok Menon holds a. M.S. (1998) degrees in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University, has co-authored over 10 publications, including 7 issued patents, and is a recipient of the 1st place award in the service category of Governor’s Business plan competition in 2004, and 2016 Business Research Entrepreneurship in Wisconsin Award.

Velibor Pikelja

Velibor Pikelja

Board Member and Chief Engineer

Velibor Pikelja brings to RADOM over 20 years of combined product design, service, and repair experience. Prior to RADOM, Mr. Pikelja spent over 19 years in healthcare sector, working for Philips medical instruments, where he led a team and engineers and others and has taken over two dozen products from an idea and computer simulation through early feasibility models and all the way to production. Mr. Pikelja excels in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and software development. Mr. Pikelja is one of the original co-founders of RADOM corporation who together with his colleagues has developed the RADOM technology and continues to add value to the company though his innovative ideas and collaborative work. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UWM.

ICP-OES Chemist

Radom Corporation is a rapidly growing, early-stage company developing and marketing proprietary Microwave-Inductively-Coupled-Atmospheric-Plasma (MICAP) sources for applications in optical atomic emission spectroscopy. Radom’s nitrogen based MICAP-OES is the first analytical instrument featuring both portability and freedom from operating costs and logistics associated with argon. Radom has an immediate job opening for an experienced Application Chemist who will assist the Application Team in developing methods and customer support / training.

CNC Operator

Radom Corporation is searching for a creative and experienced CNC Operator with strong practical and technical skills to join our in-house design team. An ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of CNC operating experience (including CNC use in school/college), strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use manual machine shop tools, and enjoys the challenge of taking an idea from concept to prototype through creativity and individual effort. The key responsibility will be to assist the R&D team in all mechanical aspects of prototype construction, evaluation, and modifications. Assignments may include: preparing custom parts for machining, ordering material, making parts on a 3 & 4 axis CNC machine, building feasibility and prototype models under the guidance of engineers and scientists, assembling and testing mechanical assemblies and fixtures, etc.

Product Specialist

The Product Specialist is a specialized sales consultant who can learn and become an expert with Radom MICAP-OES 1000 hardware, software and application. The skills will be applied to the sale of the product to identified target markets. As the product specialist, you will play a crucial role in establishing customer relationships and growing the atomic spectroscopy market share. This will be accomplished by developing customer facing presentations, delivering webinars and specialized customer facing events. The product specialist role is a conduit for market indicator feedback to the sales, application, and marketing teams. This accurate communication of the customer’s voice provides hardware, software, and applications ideas to future development and market growth.

Electrical Engineer

Radom is searching for an Entrepreneurial Electrical Engineer who will report directly to the Chief Engineer and provide leadership and broad Electrical expertise when it comes product development, design and Electrical engineering topics as related to Radom’s current products and business development strategy. The ideal candidate will have a core competency in Product design with an emphasis in laboratory style instrumentation design, verification, and productization. A background in RF and High-power circuits is required while engineering high power plasma applications involving chemical processes in equilibrium and non-equilibrium plasma. Radom is particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate analytical, experimental and practical hands-on skills and can thrive in a fast-moving applied research and new product development environment.

Electrical Engineering Technician

Radom Corporation is searching for a creative and experienced Electrical Engineering Technician with strong practical and technical skills to join our in-house design team. Ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys the challenge of taking an idea from concept to prototype through creativity and individual effort. This role performs diverse and complex assignments in support of RADOM Corporation product development. Assignments may include, but are not limited to: carrying out experiments, building feasibility and prototype models under the guidance of engineers, troubleshooting, and reporting / documenting results of tests and measures, assemble and test PCBAs, create simple schematics, drawings and sketches, generating production work instructions, product assembly.

Mechanical Engineering Technician

Radom Corporation is searching for a creative and experienced Mechanical Engineering Technician with strong practical and technical skills to join our in-house design team. Ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys the challenge of taking an idea from concept to prototype through creativity and individual effort. The key responsibility will be to assist the R&D team in all mechanical aspects of prototype construction, evaluation, and modifications.
