BENCHTOP MICROWAVE PLASMA SOURCES

Microwave Inductively Coupled Atmospheric-pressure Plasma (MICAP) is a novel way of creating high-temperature plasma based on RADOM Corporation’s patented Cerawave® technology. Using microwave energy, diatomic gases such as air, N2, CO2, steam, etc., can be heated to plasma conditions and temperatures exceeding 5500ºC. RADOM Corporation’s product portfolio meets the pressing needs of research laboratories and universities by providing a compact, simple-to-use, reliable, and affordable plasma solution for advancing plasma and materials science research.
